Meet Evelyne
Chef Evelyne Gharibian started Hearty Catering after a decade of cooking for the people she loved. What began as a vegetarian catering operation has grown into full menus built on organic, local ingredients, including free-range and sustainably sourced meat and seafood.
Our team brings together food traditions from around the world, and that range shows up in every dish we serve. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free. Whatever your table needs, we’ve got it covered.
Evelyne still leads every event with the same instinct she started with: feed people well, and make it taste like it matters. From boardroom lunches to weddings, that’s what you can expect from Hearty.
